I'm not the coach who has it all figured out.
I'm the one who's figuring it out alongside you.

My Story
I played a lot of sports growing up. Not the best at any one thing, but movement made me feel good. Food, though — that was complicated from early on. My relationship with my body, my weight, what I ate, how I felt about myself. I didn't have the language for it then. I just knew something felt off.
At university, I found fitness on social media. And with it, a lot of misinformation. Coaches who gave me a plan. Plans I'd follow for a few weeks before falling off. And every single time, I'd conclude the same thing: I was the problem.
Then my mum died, suddenly.
It was only afterwards that I found out how hopeless she'd been feeling about her own body — for longer than I ever realised. I didn't know. I wish I had.
Within 18 months of losing her, I'd qualified as a personal trainer.
I didn't do it because I had my life together. I did it because I understood what it felt like to be stuck, to blame yourself, to try and try and still feel like the problem. And I thought — maybe I can help others with that.
Since then I've trained as an advanced personal trainer, become an MNU certified nutritionist, and qualified as a mental health and wellbeing coach, with specialisms in women's health and neurodiversity.
I was also, in my late twenties, diagnosed with ADHD and autism. My autism had been read as anxiety for years — something that happens to a lot of women who don't fit the profile. I live with chronic fatigue syndrome. I'm on an ongoing mental health journey.
None of that is separate from my work. It is my work. I coach from inside this life — the variable energy, the days when everything is hard, the systems that have to flex because I do too. And I'm transforming my mind, body and life right alongside the women I coach.
What I know to be true
You are not the problem
The plans failed. The diets failed. The coaches who gave you the same thing they give everyone — they failed you. You are not broken. You have just been given the wrong tools.
Sustainable beats spectacular, every time
Ten months of real, flexible, liveable change will do more for you than any 12-week transformation. This work takes the time it takes. That's not a flaw in the process — it's the point.
Mind, body and life are not separate things
You can't transform your relationship with food without looking at your mindset. You can't build consistent habits without understanding your life. Everything is connected. The work has to be too.
Your brain is not your enemy
If you're neurodivergent — diagnosed, suspecting, or simply finding that standard advice never seems to fit you — your brain isn't the obstacle. It just needs systems built around how it actually works, not how someone decided it should.
You deserve to feel at home in your own life
Not performing wellness. Not following someone else's version of healthy. Actually knowing what you want, what works for you, and having the tools to build it — and keep it — for yourself.
